Worshipping God, Following Jesus, Loving our town.
“Praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is so good, and by raising Jesus from death, he has given us new life and a hope that lives on. God has something stored up for you in heaven, where it will never decay or be ruined or disappear.” (1 Peter 1 : 3-4 CEV)
We are a community of Christians committed to worshipping God and encouraging each other to live like Jesus, whilst enabling others to discover His life -changing message for themselves.
Our building is now open for our Sunday 10.30 meetings. We are now allowed to sing. However, since Covid 19 is still prevalent, we have decided to continue with some preventative measures such as wearing masks when moving around the building and having a safe area at the rear of the main worship space for those who wish not to sing and to continue to wear masks. You can also join us live via Zoom and see a recording of the sermon on YouTube . Click here to connect online.

Leprosy Mission Orders
The nights are drawing in, the leaves are falling off the trees, so why not make good use of the long evenings to get your Leprosy Mission order in early. If anyone needs a catalogue please let me know, and if you want me to place the order for you (free postage) I’m very happy to do so. And remember, the Leprosy Mission is not just for Christmas. Alison Ayling”
MBC Nativity Play
“It may seem very early to be thinking about Christmas but before you know where we are it’ll be time for that much anticipated annual production – the MBC Nativity Play. If you would like to be involved in any way please let me know. We don’t just need people to take part but also people who can paint scenery(?!) props etc. If you would feel happier to take part remotely I’m sure we can accommodate all levels of participation. Many thanks, Alison Ayling.
Operation Christmas Child
A very big THANK YOU to everyone who has supported the Operation Christmas Child shoebox appeal this year. Thank you to those of you who have packed a shoebox and brought it to Church. Twenty-five boxes were dropped off ready for collecting and sending abroad. Thank you to those of you who have filled a shoebox online and thank you to those of you who have donated to the transport of the shoeboxes. There will be some very happy faces this Christmas. Many thanks. Sue Chappell
